Bonnie Words: Issue 1

Bonnie loves to write, and when her teacher suggests she spends her summer holidays writing an entry for a short story competition, she leaps at the chance!

She soon discovers that writing for yourself is very different to writing for an assignment - even with all the time in the world, she just can't seem to get time to sit down and get her thoughts down on the page. Perhaps her sister Shirley, a successful painter and visual artist, might have some insight into the whole creative process...?

Bonnie Words is a gentle story about the joy of creating and the frustrations that come with finding your feet in the field at a young age. Includes the four-page short  comic "Ink Is Life" that was featured in the 404 press "Ink" literary magazine.
